The Healthy Start Home Visiting Program has dedicated home visitors who care about helping moms, babies, young children under 3 years old, and families.
With the home visiting program, you get one-on-one help right in your own home from a home visitor. Our Healthy Start home visitors are supportive and will provide assistance to you during your pregnancy and after your baby is born.
